ok, so I know this doesn't have to do with transformational leadership, but it can seriously transform someone's life! This is so heartwarming, and true! Everytime I get a cup of coffee now, I'm going to think of this video. Life is really like a cup of coffee and the cup is everything that holds our life together (jobs, possessions, etc.). It's so sad how we can forget about the simplicity of life sometimes.
